You will be the Associate Manager - Program Quality Engineer for the Program Quality Team. Our team is responsible for leading quality initiatives, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance across the program.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Associate Manager - Program Quality Engineer you will be responsible for providing leadership to a team of Quality Engineers and overseeing critical quality activities.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead Failure Review Boards (FRBs) and Material Review Boards (MRB) with full authority.
+ Drive root‑cause and corrective‑action analysis for yield improvement.
+ Mentor and train team members, manage work assignments, and assess performance.
+ Lead risk‑mitigation activities, design reviews, and first‑article inspections.
+ Support proposal development and Basis of Estimates (BOE) inputs.
