ResponsibilitiesContributes to the development of the M&A strategy by identifying and ideating on investment ideas/potential targets across the technology services space globally.Lead the development of comprehensive financial models to assess investments, including valuation, synergy analysis via discounted cash flow (DCF), accretion/dilution, scenario, sensitivity and ROI/IRR analysis.Day‐to‐day management of project teams across diligence process and coordinate with cross‐functional internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, IT) and external advisors (accountants, lawyers, bankers).
