Responsibilities

• Bar Exam Passer
• Oversee client cases from start to finish
• Provide legal advice to clients
• Perform legal research on behalf of clients
• Prepare and review legal documents, such as motions and retainers
• Create litigation strategies
• Collect evidence for cases
• Consult with senior associates and provide updates
• Oversee paralegals or legal assistants

Qualifications

• Must be graduated from Law
• Must have passed the Bar Exam and taken his Lawyer's oath
• Be a member in good standing of Integrated Bar of the Philippines
• New graduates are welcome although 1 to 2 years litigation work experience is preferable
• Excellent oral and written English
• Excellent legal analysis and research skills
• Extremely detail oriented, organized and capable of handling tasks on a schedule and with minimal supervision
