Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise contractors and frontline staff on landscaping, tree care, irrigation, and pest control works.
Coordinate sourcing and procurement of plant materials, spare parts, and horticulture services.
Maintain accurate labor, scheduling, and inventory records.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Respond to ad hoc operational issues as part of the horticulture duty roster.
Support project delivery through problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma in Horticulture or a related discipline; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
1-2 years of relevant professional experience in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of ornamental plants, horticulture tools, and maintenance practices.
