This position is ideal for an experienced Chartered Geologist or Chartered Civil Engineer looking to take the next step into a senior leadership role within a technically focused and growing team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering complex geotechnical and rock engineering projects, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting the continued growth of the business. The role offers a strong pipeline of quarry and rock slope projects alongside excellent progression towards senior management and technical leadership.
