The Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto and the Division of Geriatric Medicine at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre are recruiting a full‑time Academic Geriatrician and Division Director. This role will lead the division’s clinical, educational, research and administrative activities, providing strategic and operational leadership to advance clinical excellence and the academic mandate.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60–70% clinical care, including inpatient and outpatient geriatric medicine.
• Dedicate 30–40% of time to academic, leadership and administrative duties aligned with the faculty rank.
• Lead the division of Geriatric Medicine and mentor junior faculty.
• Develop programs, manage quality improvement initiatives and foster interdisciplinary collaboration.
