As a CBRE Associate Finance Director, you will provide financial leadership across several Business Units within the Division. You will contribute to the achievement of each of the Business Unit's growth plans through the setting and delivery of key initiatives, active leadership of people and processes, customer interactions and governance of the Company's reporting and governance requirements. Working closely with the business areas Executive Director, the incumbent is expected to identify, analyse and implement opportunities to enhance business performance and control, and partner with the Business Unit leadership team to add value to decision making and contribute to the overall strategy.
