Associate Facultative Broker (Sydney OR Melbourne)
Aon’s Reinsurance Division specialises in treaty, wholesale and facultative reinsurance broking and innovative risk financing solutions.
Based out of our Sydney office, the Associate Facultative Broker will be responsible for supporting the existing team in the placement of Facultative Reinsurance for various clients.
You will be responsible for:

+ Assisting the team in the implementation of client production strategies as set by the Head of the Facultative division (ANZ and Pacific)

+ Developing relationships with current carriers, and assisting in the identification of potential new carriers

+ Assisting the senior facultative brokers to meet the teams’ revenue goals

+ Providing and maintaining a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management.
