_DUTIES:_ Lead and manage Service validation and network validation in the Lab and production network. Work with external vendors to deliver on project goals. Support hiring and onboarding new resources to the team. Define strategic direction for lab and production test activities and work closely with product teams to deliver on end solutions. Work closely with business partners to identify the requirements, identify synergy and/or gaps, and help business to define feature sets and propose phase approach, as appropriate.
