Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage due diligence inquiries of target companies using due diligence checklists to understand their business, assets, capabilities, ESG and financial performance, and strategic fit
• Provide overall project management of assigned M&A transactions, including coordination with clients, counterparties and external advisors such as Legal, Accounting and Tax to enable diverse capabilities
• Review public filings, research reports, business plans and financial information to produce operating and financial models
• Develop financial and valuation models to evaluate investments, reorganisations, disposals, acquisitions and other corporate finance transactions
• Conduct valuation assessment and provide valuation advice
