Job Purpose Support the distribution and servicing of leveraged or margin-based products for retail and affluent clients, ensuring controlled execution and strong risk awareness.
Key Result Areas - Revenue Delivery: Meet and exceed leveraged Treasury revenue targets through disciplined client acquisition and retention.
- Margin Management: Define and monitor margin ladders, stop-out thresholds, and exposure limits in line with Market and Credit Risk policies.
- Product & Platform Leadership: Oversee leveraged FX, margin accounts, and approved structured yield products for eligible clients.
- Suitability & Conduct: Ensure comprehensive appropriateness testing, disclosures, and ongoing reviews of client eligibility.
