**Purpose** : Lead and execute on a broad range of transactions as well as are responsible for coaching and developing our Analyst and Associates. Contribute to the overall success of the team ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.
