About the role: As Associate Director / Director of Transaction Management in CSC’s Global Capital Markets business, you will lead a Transaction Management team supporting complex structured finance and securitisation transactions. You will oversee delivery across a portfolio of SPVs, ensuring strong corporate governance, on‑time statutory and transaction compliance, and excellent client service. This is a senior leadership role requiring confident stakeholder management with investment banks, private equity firms, fund managers, and other capital markets participants.
