Job Description
Based in Singapore, the Associate Director/Director, Investment will support CLASML’s global hospitality investment strategy through end-to-end deal origination and execution, contributing to pipeline growth and delivering well-structured, value-accretive transactions.
Responsibilities
Deal Origination & Pipeline Development
Proactively source and originate investment opportunities across global markets
Leverage strong industry networks to access proprietary and off-market deals
Build and maintain relationships with owners, operators, brokers, and partners
End-to-End Deal Execution
Lead full transaction lifecycle independently, including evaluation, underwriting, due diligence, and execution
Prepare and drive internal approval processes (investment papers, memos)
Lead and support SPA negotiations and transaction structuring
