It advises sovereign, corporate, private‑equity, not‑for‑profit and entrepreneurial clients on debt‑related matters, including refinancings, acquisition‑related financings, leveraged transactions, finance raisings and amendments, and currently has a healthy book of live deals and near‑term opportunities.
