Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-impact, commercially sharp Finance Business Partner (FBP) – Ads Monetization to serve as the strategic co-pilot to our Ads Revenue, Product, and Engineering leadership teams. Our advertising platform encompasses both Endemic verticals (on-platform sellers and native brands) and Non-Endemic verticals (external brands, enterprise advertisers, and media agencies).

The successful candidate will take complete financial ownership of this division. You will build institutionalized workflows, safeguard profitability through rigorous governance, minimize financial exposure, and directly collaborate with product teams to build scalable billing mechanisms and unlock strategic whitespace opportunities.
