**Description**

The Sr IT Associate Director Web Capability Lead provides product ownership, platform direction, demand management, business consultancy, and information technology-related services for the web capability serving the IT Marketing and Sales team and its assigned business clients; may also lead and manage a small matrixed team of IT and platform professionals. Through ongoing engagement with brand teams, creative agencies, and IT delivery partners, the Sr IT AD Web Capability Lead identifies and analyzes business needs, influences and negotiates scope and priorities, and champions innovative process changes and technology-enabled solutions in support of pharmaceutical brand website delivery.
