Business Function Handle operation matters related to Unsecured Lending which covers Financial and non-Financial services. Collaborate with various stakeholders in the Bank to improve customer experience.
Responsibilities - Perform technical verification checks on customer's income documents and process credit cards and/or unsecured loan account maintenance in Bank's operating systems
- Toggle between different systems to perform pre-processing and data entries
- Establish and maintain effective relationship and partnership with key stakeholders
- Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately
- Handle operational issues and provide escalation to management team
- Review & update system reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Challenge status quo and execute changes in an effective manner
