Key responsibilities for the role include:

In liaison with the School Leader, overseeing the implementation of a Student Life strategy and ensuring effective and efficient use of resources assigned to student life (financial, human, etc.)

Create Residential Life goals for the academic year and tracking toward progress.

Sit on the school management team and attending all meetings where a residential life voice is required.
