The Associate Manager, Brand is a role focused on connecting consumer insights, category dynamics, financial performance, and cross-functional execution to drive brand and business growth. Reporting to a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager, you will lead key elements of brand strategy and execution across assigned businesses. You will analyze performance trends, evaluate business issues and opportunities, and translate insights into clear strategic recommendations that support growth, profitability, and Annual Operating Plan delivery. You will partner closely with teams across insights, sales, finance, pricing, forecasting, promotion, marketing, operations, and supply chain to move work from idea to execution.
