Job Descriptions :
Providing all aspects of corporate sales business as and when needed, cover on contracts and project administration.
Liaise with other internal teams (as and when required) to ensure the smooth execution of administrative and operational duties.
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects
Assist on corporate sales client quotation inquiry and preparation, sales order fulfillment and delivery arrangement.
Assist on payment relevant inquiry including claim submission, claim inquiry, payment collection and fulfillment arrangement.
Assist on identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
