Roles and Responsibilities Sales and Marketing for International Defence Business Responsible to meet annual KPIs as assigned (eg, New Orders Target) Develop multi-year sales pipeline by developing and qualifying new leads/prospects, so as to meet New Order growth targets Plan, develop and own the marketing strategy and year-long marketing plan for the Defence Aerospace business area Develop and execute event eg airshows, and digital marketing strategies Build Customer Relationships Assist BUs in identifying market demands for product development, marketing and sales Able to work strategically with minimal supervision Requirements Effective Multi-Cultural Intelligence Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills Able to travel at short notice and travel 50% of the time Proficient in Microsoft software and Adobe Proficient in Video editing Familiarity in Defence Aviation is an advantage Singaporean only due to project requirement
