Assistant/Associate Professor of Economics - Fall 2026

The School of Business at the American University in Dubai invites qualified applicants for the position of Assistant/Associate Professor of Economics in the following disciplines to begin teaching in Fall2026 .

The successful candidate should have:

• Ph.D. in Economics or a related field from a Western accredited institution at the time of appointment.
• Ability to teach a broad range of courses in Economics, particularly applied Microeconomics.
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ideal candidate will have high-quality publications in peer‑reviewed outlets commensurate with rank; preference will be given to candidates with industry experience.
