Leading a team of product managers, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of high‑net‑worth (HNW) product propositions, driving the end‑to‑end lifecycle from strategy and ideation to approval, launch, and post‑launch performance. This role reports to the Section Head of Consumer Propositions (Wealth). Product Strategy and Roadmap Support the formulation of the annual product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities and HNW segment ambitions. Provide an overall view of the competitive landscape, analysing leading insurers' HNW propositions, value drivers, and positioning relative to GELS offerings.
