Position Summary/Description:
The Assistant University Counsel (Attorney) reports to the Office of University Counsel ( OUC ) and provides legal services to the University. The Attorney reviews, drafts, negotiates, and manages a variety of contracts and transactional documents, including services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, software licenses, information technology agreements, consulting agreements, property-related agreements, executive search firm agreements, performance and speaker agreements, exhibition and equipment loan agreements, digital education contracts, revenue-generating arrangements, and other related agreements.

The position also provides legal support to Procurement Services, including advising on state procurement laws, strategic sourcing and vendor management, and other aspects of procurement operations. The po...
