Job Responsibilities:

• Liase with our corporate/group tour customers to ensure a smooth execution of their tour in Batam/Bintan
• Assist customer with any queries and answers pre departure to Batam/Bintan. Make all necessary bookings and arrangements for the group.
• Meet up with the group during their trip to Batam/Bintan. Assist with an on ground operational issues.
• Collaborate with the sales team and various stakeholders to drive marketing efforts to increase demand for Batam/Bintan group tours.
