What you will do

• Oversee the development and implementation of innovative digital tools and strategies to enhance business efficiency and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with the Digital Global Center of Excellence to onboard digital solutions effectively.
• Manage the progress of Metasys PVT implementation and regularly follow up with customers to gather feedback on the OpenBlue Solutions / HostedMetasys platform.
• Provide training and support to customers on using the platform and review OpenBlue advisory reports with the team, guiding explanations to customers.
