POSITION TITLE:Assistant Store Manager
DEPARTMENT:Retail
REPORTS TO:Store Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
The Assistant Store Manager will supervise the Retail Associates in daily store operations. Your purpose is to provide direction where needed and be an ongoing example of superior customer service. You will be a product expert to educate, inform, and outfit the customer for any occasion. You will have a “BYLT for you” mindset and be a true ambassador of the brand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide leadership and direction to team members

Manage store opening/closing procedures. Holds keys to the store and maintains high level of responsibility for store security and standards

Assist with the guiding, directing, and motivating team members. Monitor sales and motivate the team to hit forecasted goals.

Serve as Manager on Duty when needed
