Join our Spa Team as an Assistant Spa Manager at the Ancient Cedars Spa, part of the Wickaninnish Inn, a Relais & Châteaux property recognized by Forbes, Michelin Star, AAA Four Diamond, and Travel & Leisure’s World’s Best Hotels. Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards. Adhere to the Inn’s mission statements and maintain the service philosophy. Lead by example as a proactive member of the Ancient Cedars Spa Leadership Team. Act as the Spa Manager in their absence, handling day‑to‑day operations and assist the team to meet guest expectations. Create a positive learning environment for the spa team.
