Job Description - Provide leadership and mentorship to the Zone Team consisting of Senior Executives, Executives and Specialist Associates to perform their duties and responsibilities effectively to meet Facilities Operations uptime and reliability targets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and manage operations of campus facilities, including site inspections, meetings, and coordination with stakeholders and contractors.
- Ensure administrative processes in the FMS / CMMS are completed on time.
- Assist in tracking and analysing operations data, such as utilities and equipment performance, in support of sustainability initiatives.
