Responsibilities
Communicate with client Project Manager continuously regarding project progress and areas of concerns.
Prepare special report to client management to investigate any problem related to the Scope of Services and recommend solutions to client management.
Advise client representatives on any potential variation to the contractor's scope of work that may generate cost or time impact and present consultant assessment.
Present consultant mobilization, demobilization, leave, and replacement plans for approval by client ahead of time.
Lead consultant staff in assessing variations, claims, and reports to client Management the technical position of the proposed variation.
Advise client of any foreseen slippage of Progress and propose corrective actions.
