Strategically plans and organizes the overall activities of the Quality Assurance/Testing & Commissioning Section in line with its objectives of keeping the company’s set quality and standard for installation, testing, adjustment, maintenance and overall operation of elevators and escalators.
Monitors, controls and supervises the day-to-day activities of Quality Assurance and Testing & Commissioning personnel in coordination with the schedule of the Installation Department for installation check points, quality inspections and testing of installed elevators and escalators equipment.
Conducts regular research, evaluation and studies in improving installation procedures, tests and adjustments and advises the Installation Department of necessary improvement measures.
Monitors regularly receive various quality assurance inspection reports prepared by QA personnel and give immediate and prompt feedback of information.
