Summary You will serve as an ASSISTANT PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT in VARIOUS DIVISIONS OF THE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT (Codes 360, 361, 392 & 312) of PSNS and IMF. Responsibilities You will conduct meetings or briefings to ensure flow of information regarding production schedule, cost effectiveness, or material issues. You will determine long and short range needs for resources such as manpower, materials, equipment and staff support. You will manage material or labor costs during the production phase to ensure proper execution of shipboard projects. You will direct production efforts committed to the sequencing of ship overhaul or repair projects. You will implement policy development and assign or hold responsible those personnel accountable for proper execution of work.
