Position Description:

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) works directly for and with the Planning, Design, Construction and Infrastructure team and is responsible for creating and executing plans for moderately complex projects. The APM works directly with division leadership on a number of duties and responsibilities which are listed below:


Responsibilities
  • Help organize and facilitate project-related meetings, including the creation of agendas and preparation of materials.
  • Prepares and/or edits meeting minutes, presentations and tables
  • Maintains detailed records and documentation of project activity and may be responsible for developing uniform procedures system wide. Provides feedback to communicate project findings as appropriate
