**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Texas Medical Branch isrecruiting an Assistant Professor (non-tenure track) to join our Medical Genetics and Metabolism team. This position will evaluate, diagnose, manage, treat, and counsel patients of all ages with hereditary disorders. The specialist will provide diagnostic services for establishing diagnosis utilizing cytogenetic, molecular, genomic, and biochemical testing.
