Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in agriculture with major in Horticulture or Agronomy
• At least 2 years practical farm experience in horticultural or agronomic production and staff supervision
• Integrity, self-motivated, attention to detail, fluent in English and Afrikaans, proficient with Excel
• Be hands‑on and participate in all farm activities as is necessary on a compact, intense farm
