  • Suggest allocation of effort between projects
  • Tracking the effort of everyone on the development team
  • Update or write down new processes that the team agreed upon in Sprint Retro
  • Ensure that the team follows the process's checklist.
  • Follow up with the development procedure of other Business Teams, learn about the pros and cons, and suggest applications to your own team
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by Product Manager

    • Scrum Master

  • Act as a Servant Leader for the team.
  • Ensure the timing and take note of the Sprint Events.
