Assist in the management of day-to-day operations and assignments of People & Culture programs such as recruiting/employment, compensation, benefits, workers’ compensation, labor and colleague relations, colleague recognition programs, and training for hotel colleagues. Ensure policy compliance, support the Company’s initiatives, and promote a positive colleague culture. Maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all People & Culture-related matters.
