We are looking for a skilled and motivated Pastry Chef to join Whisk by Wadhwa , a flavour-focused pastry brand specialising in refined French desserts, tarts, catering, and wedding favours. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute pastries, tarts, and desserts as per brand recipes and quality standards
• Assist with daily production for small-batch orders, catering, and events
• Maintain consistency in flavour, finish, and portioning
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards as per FSSAI guidelines
• Manage mise en place, prep schedules, and basic inventory tracking
• Support menu development, trials, and new product testing when required
