Roles and Responsibilities
. Lead and oversee the church's Worship Ministry,including service planning, team development, and worship coordination.
. Supervise and provide pastoral leadership to a CareCell Zone.
. Support the Care Cell Director in theadministration and development of Care Cell ministries.
. Assist in planning and executing Community Servicesprogrammes and outreach initiatives.
. Support the church's Bahasa Indonesian and Indiancongregational services and ministries.
. Undertake pastoral responsibilities including preaching, teaching,counselling, and pastoral care for congregants.
