Past Work Experience
Requirements:

·4 years in the golf business

·Thorough knowledge of the game of golf

·Prior demonstration of organizational skills

·Prior supervisory experience or at least prior
leadership demonstration in a golf bag room environment

Educational
Requirements:

·High School Diploma or and some college

Communication Skills
Requirements:

·All of the time working with customers outside

·Must be steady and calm under pressure while
quickly solving problems

·Must be able to speak clearly, quickly and
accurately

·Must be able to lead, motivate and delegate
responsibilities to a staff of 25
