            Responsibilities  Oversee and assist junior operations staff in their daily jobs 
Ensure daily smooth operations for both air & sea shipments 
Solve problems and tackle issues for the operations department 
Ensure proper discipline in the operations department 
 Qualifications  Must be self independent and have a pleasant personality and initiative in your work 
Must have leadership 
Singaporeans or PR 
Minimum 2 year experience in the freight forwarding industry for both import and export for air and sea 
Minimum Diploma holder with good English speaking and writing skills 
Able to handle the computer well with Microsoft Office 
Must be able to work odd hours if needed 
Residing at the east (Tampines, Bedok, Pasir Ris, and Hougang/Sengkang) 
5 days week
