About the Role Lendlease Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operational Assurance for Shaw Tower. Reporting to the Property Manager, the role will administer and coordinate the management of property operations services, systems, and processes, applying theoretical knowledge and judgement within defined parameters.
Responsibilities - Ensure the asset adheres to corporate requirements on EH&S, sustainability, risk management and operations.
- Stay current on regulatory requirements and ensure asset compliance.
- Identify and deliver courses, training, workshops and seminars to enhance operation teams’ competency.
- Develop, up‑skill and grow the skill set of operation teams.
- Assist in developing and managing implementation of all documents, processes and systems related to property operations for each centre, in line with company policies and procedures.
