            Perform all maintenance work in compliance to ISO9001/14001 system, SS651 and environmental management system 
Collect data for FMEA on failed or damaged equipment, evaluate and recommend solution 
Generate report and make technical decision on maintenance works 
Identify, source, liaise, evaluate, recommended tag definition for mechanical and process equipment spare and critical spare listing 
Keep maintenance records for all the mechanical equipment 
Provide resources for general plant maintenance such as landscaping, civil & structural works, general cleanliness, air conditioning system, etc. 
Response to all emergency call‑up services 
Ensure housekeeping is maintained of high standards 
Supervise staffs and contractors’ work in compliance to ISO, ESH and EMS system when performing maintenance work 
Provide training and coaching of in‑house mechanical technicians, welders, senior fitters and fitters in ...
