What the role is: - Recover units in estates earmarked for redevelopment;
- Follow‑up on cases requiring rectification of breaches within customers’ units.
What you will be working on: Manage customers whose units have existing breaches that need to be regularised. This includes engaging customers and other relevant stakeholders to find solutions to address breaches and monitoring cases until they are resolved.
- Develop alternative approaches for helping customers address their breaches;
- Revise current processes in identifying and resolving breaches.
What we are looking for: - Prior experience in facilities management or real estate;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with a keen interest in the Real Estate industry and engaging SMEs/micro‑SMEs;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
