This role will focus on driving and coordinating the implementation of CRM and Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities, working closely with system integrators and internal teams to ensure systems are properly configured, integrated, and delivered according to business requirements. The role will support the operationalisation of these capabilities, ensuring that systems, data flows, and use cases are effectively executed and adopted across the organisation. The role requires one to translate business requirements into system configurations, audience segments, workflows, and pipeline structures, ensuring seamless data flow and activation across platforms. Working closely in partnership with CRM and marketing leads, who define strategy and use cases, this role is responsible for implementing, enabling, and maintaining the underlying systems and processes.
