Perform technical studies, analysis and investigation in the radio frequency (“RF”) domain e.g. cellular network coverage/performance audits & measurements, RF co‑existence resolutions etc.
Perform on‑site RF related tasks independently e.g. RF measurements and investigation; includes engagement with other government bodies, mobile network operators, key partners, members of the public etc.
May be required to perform RF investigations after officer‑hours especially for time critical situations.
Support RF related projects as needed.
Perform administrative tasks in support of the team and division’s core functions, as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or relevant discipline with at least 3 years of experience OR diploma with more than 5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge in the RF domain and communications system characteristics.
