The successful candidate will be part of the Talent Management department under our Human Resources Division. He/she will support the implementation and ongoing improvements of talent management strategies and programs at Singapore Airlines (SIA), focusing on the identification, development, and retention of key talent to meet current and future organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities - Partner with business leaders, business partners and managers to implement robust talent identification processes, including annual talent review cycle and succession planning.
