Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for the assigned departments.
Develop and publish job advertisements across appropriate platforms to attract suitable candidates.
Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
Prepare employment offers and letters, and maintain accurate employee records in the HR system.
Liaise with department heads to assess staffing requirements and regularly update the manpower database.
Ensure timely processing of probation confirmations, contract renewals, and annual performance appraisals, including proper documentation and follow-up.
