  • Order intake according to defined rules

  • Book quotations according on requests by sales teams. Book credit notes according to defined rules

  • Follow-up of orders in cooperation with central order management

  • Book delivery notes according to defined rules. Customer and user administration for online services

  • Support in export document handling. Create and analyze defined reports

  • Create Sets in SAP on request

  • Perform his tasks according to agreed service levels as well as working instructions
  • Your profile as Assistant Manager-Sales Desk:

  • Min 4 Years of Experience in Order Management Role.

  • Good knowledge on SAP SD module

  • PC skills (Microsoft Office)

  • Good communication, Flexible to Shifts

  • Power BI expertise is required( Certified Powe BI)
